Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our Customer Digital Identity team. As a Ranking Director, Operations - Character Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of character client experiences across various customer touchpoints. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing existing customer experience streams, designing tests for identity capture, and implementing execution plans to enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the development of character client experiences across a predetermined customer experience space, such as store administration desks or checkout Analyze existing customer experience streams at various touchpoints Design tests for identity capture and interpret the customer experience design to enhance identity capture and utilization Develop an execution guide for select experience execution and collaborate with product, field, and analysis teams to foster examinations Participate in cross-functional meetings, partnering with product and surveys to validate tests, and manage tests in the field Send tests in arrangement with arenaflex field operations teams and cooperate with analysis to interpret results Suggest and implement improvements, tracking the progress of the analysis, setting up and executing a reporting structure, and fostering standards to beat expected challenges Partner management: maintain relationships with arenaflex groups to ensure effective execution, capture partner needs, and assemble and execute communication plans to key stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Operations roles, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment 5+ years of experience executing new drives in a store environment Strong and proven ability to influence internal partners Proven expertise in executing successful drives and experience with Agile techniques and project management tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Leadership of cross-functional teams or projects Master's degree in Operations Management or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a range of opportunities for career growth and development.
