As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be the face of American Express, interacting with entrepreneurs and business leaders, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right products and services to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients, engaging with them to understand their needs and preferences, and suggesting relevant American Express products and services. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, communicating their features, benefits, and value proposition to clients. Develop and refine your sales skills, building rapport with clients, addressing their concerns, and closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to account-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, adhering to established policies and procedures. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, complying with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and driving sales growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized support. The capacity to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, multitasking and navigating electronic systems with ease. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education and training opportunities are available. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Previous experience in the financial services industry or with American Express products and services. A proven ability to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex client issues and provide effective solutions.
