About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, engaging with them to understand their needs and suggesting the right blithequark products and services to meet those needs Convey in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and other key components of blithequark's offerings Continuously develop and refine your selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment Accurately document important record information according to established policies and procedures Demonstrate integrity by complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and service practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least two years of customer support experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication Proven results in a customer care and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience The ability to work in a dynamic, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate electronic systems A high school diploma or equivalent is required; education benefits are available to help you continue growing and developing in your career Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment Familiarity with blithequark's products and services, or similar offerings in the industry Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic systems and software applications A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
