About the Role As a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from business owners and leaders, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products and services. You'll provide exceptional customer care by responding to account inquiries in a timely, coordinated, and customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers, listening to their needs, and recommending relevant blithequark products and services Pass raised levels of product and service knowledge to confer appropriate product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark's offerings Continuously improve key sales skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, managing objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional customer care by responding to account inquiries in a timely and coordinated manner Record critical account information according to established procedures and guidelines Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance rules associated with updating and sales practices Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of customer care experience, with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication 2+ years of experience in a customer care and sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Ability to work in a virtual environment, with experience using multiple applications and workflows in an electronic environment Associate's degree or equivalent required; training benefits available Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a virtual environment with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our partners and their loved ones with benefits and programs that promote their overall well-being.
