About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent As a Clinical Support Services Agent at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in our customer care team, providing support to patients and medical professionals through our telehealth services. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process calls, gathering essential information and relaying it to clinicians. This role requires a unique blend of strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism, as you'll be interacting with callers who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or grief. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming calls from patients and medical professionals, gathering essential information and providing support. Relay critical information to clinicians in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when interacting with callers, navigating complex emotional situations with care and sensitivity. Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems with caller information. Work collaboratively with the customer care team to ensure seamless service delivery. Essential Qualifications: 18+ years of age. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to convey a positive and empathetic tone. Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, with paid time + ½. Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (not shared). A private, patient-confidential workspace environment.
