Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs and suggesting the right blithequark products. Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate suitable product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark Small Business Services. Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals. Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a prompt, organized client care environment. Report essential account data according to established policies and procedures. Demonstrate integrity by complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication. Proven success in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+). Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits are available.
