About the Role As a Customer Care Professional on our Virtual Customer Support Team, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, while building strong relationships with our clients and understanding their needs Conveying in-depth product and service knowledge to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our American Express Private Business Services (SBS) offerings Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, organized customer support environment Accurately documenting client interactions and account information, in accordance with established procedures and protocols Ensuring compliance with all administrative and regulatory rules related to sales and customer service practices What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least two years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tasks, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy A high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities for further education and training Why Join blithequark?
