Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be part of our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team, working closely with aviation experts to support our 24/7 operations. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of our teams, including Load Control Center or Fuel Strategy, where you will utilize data to solve operational business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and excellence Utilizing data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction Working with aviation experts to support strategic and tactical decision-making Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Working with the Load Control Center team to ensure aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and compliance with manufacturer and company specifications Collaborating with the Fuel Strategy team to develop and implement fuel management strategies, improve aircraft routing, and enhance payload forecasting Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for process enhancements Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including aviation experts, customers, and colleagues Participating in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program Willingness to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and adapt to changing situations Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings Commitment to safety and security, with a focus on self and others Embracing diversity, inclusivity, and different perspectives and styles Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning Leadership experience, including student and community organizations Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's customers Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
