Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Element Driver Support team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You'll provide world-class customer service to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. About the Role As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer support to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Handling calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues. Striving for first call resolution and exhibiting applicable empathy during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience. Assessing customer needs, clarifying information, researching any issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives. Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks when needed. Regularly attending work during scheduled shifts. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service work experience, with contact center experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills. The ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Telecommuting Requirements As a remote worker, you'll need: A quiet, dedicated work area. The ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable). Access to a high-speed internet connection. The ability to attend in-office training, meetings, and events.
