About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our Element Driver Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our customers and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to clients and drivers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries related to first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing. Handle calls efficiently, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues and striving for first call resolution. Exhibit empathy and understanding during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience. Assess customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks as needed. Regularly attend work during scheduled shifts and participate in training, meetings, and events as required. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of customer service work experience, preferably in a contact center environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team setting. Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. A quiet, dedicated work area, access to a high-speed internet connection, and the ability to keep company-sensitive documents secure.
