The Role: Customer Care Representative – Part Time In this part-time role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, emails, and chats with enthusiasm, expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Your goal will be to provide timely, effective, and personalized support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be expected to maintain high service standards, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, helpful, and timely support Empower homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, and provide clear, concise updates and solutions Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet performance metrics and service level agreements Influence stakeholders and coordinate solutions through completion, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
