Job Summary As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional support to our customers. Your primary objective will be to assist in achieving sales goals and quotas by identifying and securing sales opportunities, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints. You will work closely with our Field Sales team to maintain positive customer relationships and drive territory coverage. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by identifying and securing all relevant sales opportunities Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals Work with the Field Sales team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships Take incoming customer calls and inquiries, responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Provide customers with product information, including features, benefits, and pricing Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers Must be able to speak clearly and communicate effectively with customers Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages Knowledge of SAP or similar software programs is desirable Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales or customer service Strong knowledge of eye and skincare products Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
