You will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your strong communication and technical skills to provide tier 1 technical support and address customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat messages, and texts. Key Responsibilities Collect and document all required customer information, assisting with troubleshooting products and mobile applications through a mobile application. Develop a strong understanding of healthcare services and networks, answering a wide variety of related customer questions. Provide exceptional knowledge of products, supporting and training customers on product usage and functionality. Process requests and telephone inquiries, adhering to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures. Explain processes, forms, and procedures to callers, ensuring that customers understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measures. Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing probing questions to fully understand customer needs. Follow up with website inquiries, conducting product presentations to prospective customers and setting sales appointments for sales team leadership. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience. You must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential, as well as knowledge of medical terminology (a plus). You must be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced call center environment, with strong computing and software skills (PC, MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
