Job Overview The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing operational direction and support to blithequark franchisees during various events, including store relocations, rebuilds, migrations, and new build-outs. This field-based position will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Establishment Specialist (FC) for on-site activities and project management Act as the primary point of contact between blithequark, vendors, and franchisees, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle Lead regular touchpoint calls with franchisees to provide updates on project status, ensure timely completion of paperwork, and communicate next steps Develop and manage project plans for storekeepers, ensuring understanding of policies, procedures, roles, and responsibilities Apply best practices in planning operational upgrades, training, marketing, and overall franchise management Collaborate with the blithequark Functional Establishment Advisor to support franchisee locations and improve store performance through training and coordination with vendors and other franchisees Essential Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook Experience with Zoom/Teams as a host and facilitator Previous franchising or business consulting experience preferred Previous project management experience preferred Must be currently located in the same geographic area as the job or willing to relocate Must have a valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Process-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external clients Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
