Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and web-based interactions. Your key responsibilities will include: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors with billing and insurance verification, product or service questions, and technical support Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Proactively identifying solutions to questions and concerns, and taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues from start to finish Collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed to provide clinical advisement and support Providing best-in-class service experiences for our customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution Helping customers navigate our website and online platforms, including pharmacy.blithequark.com Addressing customer inquiries regarding insurance, copays, shipping, and other related topics Maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, ensuring customer privacy and safety at all times Work Schedule and Requirements This is a fully remote position, requiring you to work from home in a virtual environment. You will be expected to work a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. The position is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test Preferred qualifications include: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Experience working in a customer service or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare environment Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in computer and web-based tools, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
