Data Management: Utilize basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions to manage data, track progress, and maintain accurate records. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma: A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this role. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. Telephone Etiquette: Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle customer interactions with poise and confidence. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
