Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include: Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries Providing excellent customer service through active listening Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
