Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee the cleanliness and safety of airplane interiors, meeting the highest standards of quality and excellence Perform cleaning and disinfecting tasks, operate ground equipment such as cargo vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks, and conduct safety assessments in accordance with current safety and security procedures and regulatory requirements Utilize electronic devices and computers to ensure the airplane has been cleaned and inspected according to required standards Work a variety of shifts, including early morning to late evening, with scheduling based on operational needs and ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the US A valid driver's license Basic computer skills and proficiency in using electronic devices Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds Pass an physical ability assessment (PAT) Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and proficiency in using electronic devices Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
