Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support. Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of service that reflects blithequark's commitment to customer care. Educate customers on blithequark's policies, procedures, and services, documenting all customer interactions accurately in the internal system. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
