We're committed to building America's leading middle market life insurance and retirement company, providing a broad range of quality individual life insurance policies, workplace supplemental insurance benefits, workplace retirement plans, individual retirement accounts, and investment products. **What We Do** arenaflex is organized by lines of business (Life Insurance, Annuities, Mutual Funds, Retirement Plans, and Employee Benefits), which are supported by arenaflex Corporate (Corporate Development; Finance; Internal Audit; Legislative, Regulatory & Policy; Office of the CEO; People and Places; Brand; Corporate Affairs; Risk; and Technology). **Job Description** As a Customer Care Representative - Retirement Products, your key responsibilities will include: * Using exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to answer calls regarding retirement products such as 401k, IRA, and 403(b) investments. * Identifying customer needs and providing personalized service to ensure positive and meaningful outcomes; engaging more knowledgeable team members as needed. * Locating/researching information using multiple systems/technologies. * Coordinating with cross-functional departments to obtain and/or provide necessary information to resolve issues. * Documenting customer inquiries and associated actions; following up on outstanding items in a timely manner. * Learning and maintaining a basic understanding of products, procedures, and systems. * Achieving department metrics and expectations. * Participating in a team-based environment to achieve department goals. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience. * One year of call center or customer service experience, or financial services industry experience. * The ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner, orally and in writing. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency using MS Office tools. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Understanding of retirement products such as 401k, IRA, and 403(b). * Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems at one time. * Previous work-from-home experience. * Previous financial industry experience. * Salesforce experience. * Product promotion experience. **Working Conditions** As a remote Customer Care Representative - Retirement Products, you'll work from home in a call center environment with minimal distractions. You'll be required to work any of the following hours: 7am to 8pm CT, Monday through Friday.
