Devices must have Windows 10 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, Ethernet LAN connection for Internet, and meet our internet requirements (see below). No need to head into an office, you can work in any quiet and confidential space of your home. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
