About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them navigate any challenges they may face on the road. You'll be responsible for fielding a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and originating new transactions related to preventative maintenance, service, and repairs. Your goal will be to deliver a seamless customer experience that showcases our commitment to quality and care. Key Responsibilities Fielding a high volume of inbound calls and providing excellent customer service for all inbound and outbound calls Originating all new transactions (via inbound and outbound calls) regarding preventative maintenance, as well as immediate and scheduled service and repairs Assigning service requests to the respective market for dispatching Coordinating towing of customer units when necessary Scheduling outside vendors when an emergency breakdown is called in Continuously developing and improving company capabilities around dispatching Who You Are We're looking for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
