As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be part of a remote team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II** As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues, provide critical service and product information, process orders, and track customer packages.
