As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Inquiries : Successfully resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts in a timely and professional manner. Provide Critical Service and Product Information : Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Process Orders and Enter Data : Process orders and enter data into our order entry system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Track Customer Packages : Track customer packages and provide updates on shipment status and delivery. Other Duties as Assigned : Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 6+ Months of Customer Service Experience : 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Fast-Paced Environment : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Computer Systems and Troubleshooting : Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance. Schedule Flexibility : Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Certification : Customer service certification or training, such as ICSS or HDI. Experience with Order Entry Systems : Experience with order entry systems and data entry. Multilingual : Multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
