Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times, ensuring their experience with our clients is exceptional. Escalate complex inquiries to a supervisor when necessary, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently. Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet the required availability of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally.
