About the Role: Customer Contact Center Representative - Student Loan Advisor As a Customer Contact Center Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline support for our customers, addressing their queries, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. This role is not just about handling customer inquiries; it's about delivering exceptional customer service, being empathetic, and communicating clearly in a positive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, utilize chat, and make outbound calls as necessary to assist customers. Navigate through various systems and browsers to access customer information and provide solutions. Use pre-scripted responses to provide basic general and claims-specific information while ensuring a personalized customer experience. Assist customers with filling out applications and submitting them electronically for processing. Document call logs and related details for each phone inquiry, ensuring thorough record-keeping. Adhere to established policies, standard operating procedures, and ethics and privacy rules. Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while ensuring quality customer service. Essential Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Typing speed of a minimum of 35 WPM. Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system. Ability to effectively work within established key performance indicators/metrics. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to multi-task and stay organized. Preferred Skills: Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel and Word. Knowledge of contact center technology. Experience in customer service or a related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
