Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive customer strategy for the CPS business in North America, aligning with blithequark's overall business objectives. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers in the beverage industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them. Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CPS product portfolio to effectively promote and sell to customers, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them. Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure profitability and sustainable growth, and ensure that all agreements are aligned with blithequark's business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of CPS sales professionals to achieve targets and drive results, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with customers, and ensuring that our brand is consistently presented in a positive and professional manner.
