Job Overview In this part-time, remote position, you will serve as a liaison between blithequark and our customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, scheduling service appointments, and collaboratively resolving any issues that may arise. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis, ensuring that their needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and a patient, respectful demeanor. Key Responsibilities Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Identify and assess customers' needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations to achieve satisfaction and build trust Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, interactive communication, ensuring that their expectations are consistently met or exceeded Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, utilizing the right methods and tools to ensure that their needs are fully addressed Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas, contributing to the overall success of the customer engagement team Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related information, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The following are essential requirements for the position: A minimum of 12 months of sales and customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond in a clear, concise manner Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms Customer orientation, with a strong focus on providing personalized solutions and recommendations that meet the unique needs of each customer Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed to a high standard Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills, with the ability to accurately interpret and analyze data Ability to type 40 words per minute or more, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer engagement tools and technologies Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to accurately interpret and analyze data to inform business decisions Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
