Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, sales teams, and product development groups to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and drive business success. As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to help customers navigate the benefits and capabilities of arenaflex's cloud computing platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption and implementation of arenaflex's innovative solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. Key Responsibilities Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design customer solutions to meet assembled requirements. Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources. Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents. Drive recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a total solution, providing best practice advice to clients to optimize arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness. Attend customer sites, meetings, and other events as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role. Experience with legacy and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking. Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Full Scope Polygraph clearance status. Experience developing mobile architectures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration systems, or other relevant platforms. Experience working with Government Public Sector clients, including defense and civilian agencies. Knowledge of application security designs, including web application security, service mesh, and mobile security techniques. Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space.
