The Role: Customer Engineer - Entra ID We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer - Entra ID to join our team on a 100% remote basis. As a Customer Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering proactive services, educating customers, and providing expert guidance on Entra ID solutions. Your role will be pivotal in building strong customer relationships, ensuring deliveries align with customer projects, and maintaining technical expertise. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to customers. Train customers and share industry and development expertise to enhance their understanding and use of Entra ID solutions. Be part of a thriving developer community focused on improving customer experiences, software development goals, and technology use. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring deliveries are aligned with customer projects and milestones. Leverage expertise and support from client's consulting practice and product group to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices. Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications, and assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products. Demonstrate strong communication skills, developing strategic ongoing customer relationships and gaining trust and respect. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong knowledge of Entra ID External Identities, including Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), and Entra ID for Customers. Experience with Cross-Tenant Access Settings, Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization, and Entra Connect. Understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity infrastructure (Entra ID), and Security. A growth mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems effectively. Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can be a plus: Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their digital transformation needs. Knowledge of cloud services and digital engineering solutions. Certifications related to Entra ID or similar technologies. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on factors such as geography, skills, education, and experience.
