About the Role The Customer Experience team at blithequark is dedicated to driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive their products quickly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner Become an expert in blithequark's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions and issues Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience About You To succeed in this role, you will need to be a curious and hungry individual with a passion for customer service and a growth mindset. A customer service mentality with a focus on reaching the best possible outcome is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think proactively. Essential Qualifications Open to working overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services Weekend availability required Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom Obsession with customers and a customer-first approach Proactive problem-solver and process-improver Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of collectibles is a plus Previous start-up experience is a plus Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members. Compensation and Benefits For full-time (hourly) US-based applicants, the hourly rate for this role is $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity. The hourly range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position, and the final hourly rate will be based on a number of factors, including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
