**Experienced Customer Experience Agent – Live Support and Phone Operations**

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that is dedicated to taking our support to the next level. **About the Job** We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our Live Support and Phone Operations team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for handling three primary channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Messages for blithequark's partner merchants, clients, and dashers globally. You will be expected to provide exceptional support, address time-sensitive issues, and develop in-depth knowledge of blithequark's processes, systems, and resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle Inbound Calls, Chats, and Messages for blithequark's partner merchants, clients, and dashers globally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and experience. * Address time-sensitive issues, such as payment disputes, account questions, driver issues, or technical problems, with a high level of skill and efficiency. * Develop in-depth knowledge of blithequark's processes, systems, and resources, and utilize this knowledge to drive positive results. * Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. * Meet and exceed quality standards, ensuring that blithequark is recognized as a leader in customer experience. **Why You'll Love Working at blithequark:** * We are pioneers – We believe that leadership is not limited to our management team.
