Our platform offers a vast array of products, from fashion and beauty to electronics and collectibles, making us the go-to destination for customers seeking unique and exciting shopping experiences. **Role** As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely and high-quality manner. * Becoming an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. * Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions. * Identifying opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. * Working closely with the Customer Experience team to drive process improvement and ensure seamless customer interactions. **You** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a growth mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
