Our mission is to create a seamless, enjoyable, and personalized shopping experience for our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collect customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technologies. You will also have the opportunity to travel domestically (approximately 50% of the time) to visit customer sites, deploy new technology, and present results to development team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to development teams * Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that new technologies meet arenaflex's high standards for customer experience * Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences * Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technologies, using data analysis and other tools to inform business decisions * Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future development **Essential Qualifications** * A 4-year science or engineering degree from an accredited institution * Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights * Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment * Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences * Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics * Scripting skills, with experience using languages such as Python or R * Formal coursework or training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and customer-centric approaches **Contract Details** * Contract length: 11 months * Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel to customer sites (best to be near a main US airline hub) * Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour **Why Join Arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the retail industry, shaping the future of retail and customer experience * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on customer-centricity and innovation * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs * Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer** Arenaflex is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
