About the Role: Customer Experience Analyst As a Customer Experience Analyst at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in building a customer-centric culture that resonates across all touchpoints. Your day-to-day activities will be centered around gathering valuable customer feedback, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to ensure a simple, seamless, and rewarding end-to-end journey for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Utilize data from our customer feedback tool to educate and inform the retail store team about customer experiences at each touchpoint, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide comprehensive customer insights and feedback, highlighting strengths, opportunities, and tracking the progress of improvement action plans to ensure we're always moving forward. Support and participate in blithequark events, including customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities, and community outreach programs, embodying the spirit of community and customer connection. Integrate customer insights and feedback into key decision-making processes, ensuring that the voice of the customer is always at the forefront of our strategic planning. Present learnings and insights at store meetings and forums, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate our customer experience across the board. Qualifications: Joining the blithequark Team To be a successful Customer Experience Analyst at blithequark, you should have: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets to inform customer-centric strategies. Previous retail experience, with a deep understanding of the retail environment and the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Experience in analyzing, planning, and measuring performance, with the ability to set goals, track progress, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
