We're a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for innovation, customer obsession, and making history. **The Role** As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be part of the core development team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams * Visiting customer sites and deploying new technology, collecting customer feedback, and quantifying the impacts of new technology * Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership * Collaborating with development teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience **Key Responsibilities:** * Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams * Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, collecting customer feedback, and quantifying the impacts of new technology * Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership * Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects * Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the customer experience **Essential Qualifications:** * A 4-year science/engineering degree * Strong communication and data analysis skills * Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment * Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences * Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field * Scripting skills * Formal coursework/training in project management **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a preference for locations near main US airline hubs * Strong technical skills, with experience in consumer hardware development and deployment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * Work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for innovation and customer obsession * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on continuous learning and skill-building * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation * Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and customer obsession * Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals who share a passion for making history * Enjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work and travel * Participate in company-sponsored events and activities to build relationships and have fun **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $38-$42 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work and travel * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to company-sponsored events and activities **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
