Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and rewarding. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Experience Analyst, you'll be part of our Customer Experience team, which is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop insights that inform our business decisions. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work on average 2-3 days per week in our downtown office, with the flexibility to work from home on other days. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and analyze multi-phased insights and methods to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement * Develop and implement analytical models to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation * Analyze and generate insights from structured and unstructured data to inform business decisions * Schedule and maintain trending reports and indicators for key business stakeholders * Extract data from various sources to support analysis and modeling * Manage and collaborate with third-party analytics systems to ensure output aligns with strategic objectives **What You'll Need to Succeed** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science * At least 4 years of experience in an analytical position, with a strong background in data analysis, statistics, or data science * Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex models and presentations * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop sound insights from multiple data sources * Experience with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R) * Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders * Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Up to 10% travel required **What Will Help You Stand Out** * Master's degree in a quantitative field * Strong experience in survey design and management * Call recording and text analytics experience * Experience with Tableau, Spotfire, or other visualization tools * Machine learning or predictive forecasting experience **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary range of $32 to $40 per hour * Opportunity to work on a dynamic and innovative team that's shaping the future of customer experience * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion * Comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave, 401k, and more * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid remote work options **How to Apply** If you're passionate about customer experience and want to join a team that's making a difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
