About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our Conversion Improvement team, working remotely from Akron, OH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our top clients and use cases. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound messages via our chat room, responding to leads' questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. If you're a customer service driven individual with a passion for conversation and a knack for handling the unexpected, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in less than 30 seconds, utilizing point and click frequently asked questions canned responses or creating ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with the records industry and vertical. Escalate conversations to leadership when needed, ensuring that complex issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement, helping to refine our natural language model and improve the overall customer experience. Maintain a high level of accuracy in response handling, with a target of 98% or above, and a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked. Collaborate with the team to add relevancy to canned responses, ensuring that our responses are always up-to-date and effective. Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the ongoing growth and development of our team. Essential Qualifications Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Experience with writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, relevance, and compliance. Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new industries and use cases. Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional attention to detail, a high standard of excellence, and a commitment to perfection. Comfortability on a computer, with advanced typing skills and good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills. Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Reliable and responsible, with a strong internet/WiFi connection and a willingness to work a designated schedule. Preferred Qualifications College Degree, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Experience with AI-powered technology and natural language processing models, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Knowledge of the records industry and vertical, with a strong understanding of the importance of compliance and regulatory requirements.
