About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our Conversion Improvement team, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in less than 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses to address consumer queries and concerns. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations, ensuring a high standard of excellence in every interaction. Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and a customer-centric approach. Document frequently asked questions to inform continual improvement and add relevancy to canned responses, contributing to the evolution of our natural language model. Maintain a 98%+ accuracy rate in response handling, with a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Participate in other projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving consumer queries efficiently. Experience writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment, with a strong understanding of verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans. Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills, and a high standard of excellence in grammar, spelling, and logic. Comfortability on a computer, with advanced typing skills and reliable, strong internet/WiFi connectivity. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus.
