Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote Conversion Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our clients. While our AI-powered platform is designed to provide seamless interactions, there are instances where human intervention is necessary to ensure the highest level of excellence. That's where you come in – to provide thoughtful, articulate, and contextually relevant responses to consumers, driving meaningful conversations and delivering personalized support. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in a timely and accurate manner (less than 30 seconds), utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry standards and verticals (e.g., Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans). Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution and exceptional customer experiences. Document frequently asked questions to inform continual improvement and refine our natural language model. Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%+) in response handling, with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team and company. Required Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments, with a focus on clarity, grammar, and spelling. Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans, with the ability to adapt to new industries and subjects. Professionalism in all interactions, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. Exceptional attention to detail, with a high standard of excellence and perfection in all aspects of your work. Advanced typing skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a computer-based environment. Strong grammatical, spelling, and logic skills, with the ability to craft well-structured, engaging responses. Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear, concise manner. Reliability and responsibility, with a strong commitment to adhering to designated schedules and deadlines. Education and Preferred Qualifications We require a High School diploma or equivalent, with a College degree being a plus.
