About blithequark and the Role As a Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization to our esteemed clients, delivering exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized support to our high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Act as a brand ambassador, representing blithequark and upholding our values and mission. Provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our clients, tailoring our offerings to their unique needs. Utilize the Client-First philosophy to understand and address client needs and expectations. Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel advice and limited booking assistance. Collaborate with our partners to accommodate client requests and preferences. Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client interactions. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of recent experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the airline, concierge, or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide exceptional service. Proven ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully, providing personalized solutions to client needs. High level of professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude in all interactions. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, prioritizing teamwork and mutual support. Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities. Proficiency in using technology to provide support and resolve client issues. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as required for certain tasks. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a concierge or hospitality role, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances. Knowledge of travel industry systems and technologies, including reservation platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions.
