Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our high-value clients. You will be the face of arenaflex, acting as an ambassador of the brand and providing travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our clients. Your goal will be to create a memorable experience for our clients, making them feel valued and appreciated. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that they are well-informed and empowered to make decisions. Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable, and making business transactions with precision. Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly and that the workspace is tidy and well-maintained. Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, working together to drive sales and growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated. Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy, ensuring that you are up-to-date and informed about the latest developments. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring that you and your colleagues are safe and secure in the workplace. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong focus on customer service and sales. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Previous sales or customer experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the principles of sales and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Excellent customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior, with a strong focus on creating a positive customer experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and flexibility. Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts. Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Travel reservation experience or more, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and its requirements. Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, with a strong knowledge of the principles of customer service and sales in these sectors. Passion for servicing clients with proactive solutions, with a strong focus on creating a positive customer experience. Remarkable relational skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Ability to depend on and collaborate with your colleagues, with a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
