You will be the face of blithequark to our clients, serving as ambassadors of the brand. Working as a cohesive team, you will energize our clients and fulfill the brand promise. An effective Customer Experience Concierge will have the ability to deliver unparalleled support to our best Card Members, in a client-facing environment. Our Customer Experience Concierges are highly skilled and motivated, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to American Express Card Members. As a specialist, you will tailor our products and services to meet the needs of Card Members and extend their relationship with blithequark. Our goal is to become indispensable to our Card Members by providing unique products and services.
