Key Responsibilities and Opportunities As a CXD Co-op at blithequark, you will have the unique opportunity to support one of our specialized teams, including the Onboard Brand Experience, In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity, Uniform Brand Experience, or Service Design teams. Your responsibilities will be diverse and exciting, encompassing: Conducting competitor research and data analysis to inform design decisions and strategic partnerships Developing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the customer and employee experience Creating compelling presentations and business cases to communicate ideas and recommendations to leaders Supporting event planning, executive communications, and project coordination Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects Throughout your Co-op experience, you will have the chance to work on high-impact projects, develop your skills and expertise, and build a professional network that will benefit your future career. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should be an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design, Journalism/PR, or a related field. You should also have: Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs Strong team-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel A willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and prioritize safety and security A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a competitive candidate, you should have: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with diverse stakeholders and timelines Experience in developing effective presentations that tell a story and communicate ideas efficiently A desire to learn leadership techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict resolution methods to drive innovation and progress Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our Co-ops.
