About the Role As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with valued customers and representing our brand. You'll work from the comfort of your home, leveraging technology to provide top-notch service while maintaining blithequark's reputation for outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries, addressing requests related to installation, disconnection, or changes to services. Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services to meet those needs. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes regarding service, billing, rates, and policy issues. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries about blithequark products and services. Verify the accuracy and completeness of service orders, making corrections and changes as necessary. Negotiate with customers to collect overdue bills, working towards mutually beneficial solutions. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by business needs. Preferred Qualifications A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience working in a customer service call center environment. Experience in collections or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
