As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in making this happen, working collaboratively with your colleagues to provide top-notch support to our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to find creative solutions to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include: * Providing customer support via telephone, email, and instant message * Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues * Escalating more complex issues to our Product Support department * Processing a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries * Troubleshooting customer problems and identifying root causes * Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues * Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information * Meeting quality standards, adhering to schedule, and maintaining average handle time * Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates * Performing other related duties as assigned **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
