Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Broista, you should possess: Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Adaptability and Flexibility: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adjust to changing situations. Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts, which can be up to 10 hours, including the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Reliability and Punctuality: A commitment to being on time for scheduled shifts and meetings. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: Previous Customer Service Experience: A background in serving customers in a fast-paced environment. Coffee Knowledge: Familiarity with coffee drinks and preparation methods. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading or mentoring teams. Language Skills: Fluency in more than one language.
