As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of individuals who share your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and promoting our products to retail accounts. Your responsibilities will include: * Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and secure placement of equipment * Utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to effectively communicate with customers and promote our products * Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal display and sales performance * Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment * Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day * Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders * Other duties as assigned by management **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience * Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales) * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service * Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends * Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software **Equal Opportunity Employer** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
