With a rich history of innovation and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we're constantly looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Insights Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with the Senior Director to develop and implement the Customer Insights strategy, including planning, building, and disseminating surveys to gather customer feedback * Working with the Senior Director to design and develop surveys that effectively capture customer feedback and experiences, while ensuring maximum reach and response rates * Analyzing customer feedback data and creating reports that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions * Using your storytelling skills to communicate customer insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting problem areas, needs, and expectations, and how arenaflex can better serve customers * Presenting findings and recommendations to various levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language to persuade and influence your audience * Proactively partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure open communication and continuous relationship improvement by aligning on shared objectives * Continuously reviewing and enhancing the research process to ensure it remains relevant to business needs and provides valuable, actionable insights * Collaborating with vendors to obtain top-tier research methods **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in market research or customer insights * Mastery of various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies * Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously * Strong analytical and decision-making skills * Comfortable communicating with customers directly * Hands-on experience with survey development and programming (e.g., survey plan and software) * Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills * Ability to learn research software and tools quickly * Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics) * Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various assets * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range: $35-$40/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team that's passionate about customer experience * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and analytical individual who's passionate about customer insights and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
