As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for excellence and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Managing planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders and customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. * Running SAP queries and utilizing reports to identify trends and solutions, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. * Leading cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers to drive operational excellence. * Conducting day-to-day customer service activities, including managing escalated issues and providing clear, thorough documentation and communication. * Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A High School diploma or GED equivalent. * Availability to work rotating weekends. * An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience. * At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center. * Three years of experience in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred. * Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills. * Ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers. * Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems. * Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication. * Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision. * Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office preferred. **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and solutions using data and reports. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication. * Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
